We ensure that the product is up to standards before we send it for delivery. In case you receive a different or a damaged product, or there is a manufacturing defect, such as, balancing, finish, leveling, fabric, etc., please raise this issue with the delivery executive immediately and also contact Customer Support at the time of delivery. Photographic evidence will be required in case of damaged or defective products. Depending on the degree of the damage, we will either repair the product or replace it.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellation of an item after its dispatchment is NOT allowed.
- If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, please get in touch with our sales/support team and inform them at the earliest possible.
- In case you have canceled an order, which has already been handed over to the courier company from our end, they will still attempt delivery. Kindly do not accept the delivery of the order
- Product can be cancelled only within 48 hours of placing the order.
- If the 24-hour delivery option is opted for(available only in Bangalore), cancellation of the product is only available for up to 1 hour after confirmation of the order.
- Products can be subject to cancellation from our side in cases of non-availability of product.
- All refunds process initiation shall be subject to pick up of all cancelled items from the customer's premises.
- In order to get a full refund make sure that the package is returned in their original packing along with receipt and tags.
- After receiving the products back to the warehouse or shop, a refund shall be initiated within 3-4 days.
- Refund will be initiated via NEFT or by the way payment was originally made.
- All costs associated with returning the item to us including return shipping charges and any taxes if applicable shall need to be taken care of by you.
- Gift cards, personalized products, sale, clearance and promotional items are not eligible for a return or exchange.
- Brass and bronze product are not subject to return unless there is a manufacturing defect
